consider this a warning post.
Oy vey, I really didn’t want to do this, I prefer to stay away from drama and even just ooc stuff in general but I know this can be harmful for a lot of people and speaking up could help someone else. This hasn’t been just me but many people writing female muses have been contacted by the user nomadicwarrior12 (which seems to be a new-ish blog) to write noncon plots, this isn’t the first or only blog they’ve had, they were previously known as thefxnger and sadisticsnow amongst others.
They used to contact female muses in the game of thrones fandom, now they seem to be looking for Jyn blogs and possibly other SW muses but what this really means is they jump from fandom to fandom. I’ll provide as many screenshots as I can find so you can identify the speech pattern, the questions are always the same worded more or less the same way every single time.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with writing and exploring NSFW material—— that’s not what this is about. We’re talking about a person who systematically pops up in messages (of people they have never even written with before) asking to write (sometimes offering to pay for writing) rape scenes completely out of the blue.
receipts:
- There have been numerous posts about them, you can find some here: (x) (x) (x) (bonus responses x and x) (x).
- These are screenshots from my first interaction with them months ago in my asoiaf blog: (x) (x) (x) I had no reference of this person at this point so I tried to be nice and stopped replying but they went on and on.
- Around that time other people had the same experiences (x) (x)
- Masterpost with tons of screenshots (you’ll find mine there too) (x)
I’m sure there are more posts I’m missing out but you get the idea. Having seen all that now read the messages I got today on this blog (x) (x) and same account contacting another Jyn blog (x). It’s painfully obvious they’re the same person. Point of this whole thing is, BE CAREFUL. They may not be part of your fandom today but they may be next month so just beware. If you’re contacted by a stranger asking for “dark plots” or anything alike you know where the proposal is heading. I repeat, there’s nothing wrong with writing noncon between two consenting adults but asking complete strangers to write triggering stuff is just downright creepy and insensitive. Please be safe.
